Frequently Asked Questions

How does the process work?

We have designed templates for different occasions for you to choose from.

Step 1: choose the design you like or contact us to create one for you.

Step 2: Enter the personalization information needed for your card

Step 3: Upload your digital photo (JPEG file).

Step 4: You will receive a proof within 24 hours. Please do not underestimate the importance of the proofing process. Once you have approved the final proof, your order will be processed immediately.

Step 5: We send your card to be developed in a high quality professional photo lab.

Step 6: After the photos are developed, we mount each one on 4.25 in. x 6.25 in. white, 80 lb. cardstock.

Step 7: We carefully package your order, including complimentary envelopes.

Step 8: Your order is shipped and will reach you within the time frame specified in the shipping method.

How long does the process take?

Once your order is received, you will receive a proof via e-mail within 24hrs. Upon your approval of the proof, the order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. The shipping time will depend on the method of shipping chosen.

Does a custom design cost more?

It depends. Most of our cards can be customized to fit your occasion without any additional cost. For example, we can add multiple photos or change a colored photo to black & white or sepia tone. However, depending on the complexity of the customization or if we create a new design from scratch, the cost will vary, starting as low as $1.50/card.

Are there any photo requirements?

Yes. You will need to submit a digital photo in .JPEG format, which is the format most digital cameras are set for. If you photo is .TIFF or .RAW format, that will work as well. It is also important to make sure your camera is set on low compression and high resolution for the best quality possible. Don’t worry! If you are unsure if your photo meets our requirements, go ahead and upload the photo and our system will let you know if it will work.

Can I submit a professional photo?

Most professional photos are copyrighted, which prohibits any reproduction of the photo. However, if you send us a signed copyright release form from the original photographer, we will be happy to use your photo.

Do you offer discounts or specials?

Yes! We off a quantity discount with orders of 100 cards or more. We also offer a referral discount. For every 5 orders placed that you referred (specified on order form), you will receive a 40% discount on your next order. We also offer specials throughout the year.

If I’m not satisfied with my order, can I get a refund?

Customer service is our number one priority. The proofing process is the closest way we can guarantee customer satisfaction. However, we do understand that sometimes mistakes occur from either party. In the event any order was produced incorrectly due to an error entirely on our part, we will promptly re-produce the item(s) and ship them free of charge. Additionally, there may be an occasion where you made a mistake during the ordering process in regards to the personalization that you did not catch in proofing. In this instance, we will offer a "one time" edit, and re-produce the item(s) at a 50% discount, not including shipping fees.

Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?

Yes. Refunds are available up until you approve the final proof. Once you approve the final proof, your order is processed and therefore a full refund is not possible.
